If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@sqsdatastorage.co.uk. We are unable to cancel orders that have shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has shipped you can complete the returns request by logging into your account, viewing the order, selecting the product to return and processing the return request.
The product must be unopened and within its original packaging to be returned.
