    Frequently Asked Questions

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days if you wish to return any items to us that we have supplied. You can process the returns request yourself by logging into your account, viewing the order, selecting the product to return and processing the return request. The product must be unopened and within its original packaging to be returned.
    When your order has shipped you should be sent a tracking number as part of the shipping confirmation. All orders should ship within 24 hours of receipt on a next day delivery service (UK mainland). If you have not received a tracking number, feel free to contact us at sales@sqsdatastorage.co.uk for an update and order tracking details.
    If you wish to modify an order once it has been placed and payment made, please contact us immediately at sales@sqsdatastorage.co.uk and our friendly sales support team will do all that we can to help. Unfortunately we are unable to modify orders after they have shipped.
    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@sqsdatastorage.co.uk. We are unable to cancel orders that have shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has shipped you can complete the returns request by logging into your account, viewing the order, selecting the product to return and processing the return request. The product must be unopened and within its original packaging to be returned.
    We endeavour to ship all orders within 24hrs or receipt on a next day delivery basis (UK Mainland). If you are experiencing unexpected delays to your order, please feel free to contact us at sales@sqsdatastorage.co.uk and we will provide you with an update and ETA. If an item is out of stock when you place your order it will automatically be placed on backorder and you will be notified by email as to the status of your order along with the estimated delivery date.
